For the last 90 days, I’ve had to call/message repeatedly, but nothing has been fixed. Even reaching out to State Farm customer service directly has gotten me nowhere, they stated I need to go through my agent. I have insurance through State Farm in Louisiana and Florida and I have zero complaints. This agency came across as friendly and helpful at first, but that quickly changed once I signed on.
